One Last Moment of Zen

Wherever you go, there you should be.

1 LAST LAUGH (The Daddest Joke Around)

What do you call an RV factory that builds units that are just OK?
A satisfactory

1 FINAL INSPIRATION

(Deep Thoughts) “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.” – St. Augustine “The world is not in your books and maps, it’s out there.” – Gandalf in The Hobbit, by J.R.R. Tolkien

1 SIMPLE TIP

(Bag It, Don’t Box It)
Boxes are infinitely more stackable, but plastic bags waste zero square inches of space, and conform to whatever shape your storage space takes. You might already be using this method in the kitchen (preferably with the Bee’s Wrap we mentioned in our eco-friendly feature on Page 27), but clothes are another great option for bagging, especially if you have a vacuum sealer. Vacuum packed clothes take up to 80 percent less room.

1 BIG TEASE

(Let’s Go Somewhere
Hot and Sandy) Next issue we turn our gaze southward to Florida, where we’ll take in all things beachy and beautiful. We’ll also take a romp through time to explore what makes those retro RVs so dang cool. Got a favorite beach spot we should visit? Send it to [email protected]!

1 CLOSING WORD

(Go)
Here’s another quote: “It’s not the critic who counts … The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena.” We think, perhaps, it belongs to the man who is out on the open road. It’s not a coincidence that Teddy Roosevelt, to whom this quote belongs, was one of America’s most important conservationists. We think that had he lived till today, he would have been an avid subscriber. (But man, he’d be old.
