The rear cap also provides a stealthy storage option for items you want easy access to. Once you’ve put the Super Star in the park (and captured the attention of the entire campground), you can fire up the 8.0 kW Cummins Onan Diesel Quiet Series generator, even as your 25 W solar panel uses the nearest yellow star to charge up your chassis battery. Be advised: The Super Star has an extraordinary gravitational pull for visitors. Everyone will want to see the inside. (So hope you like hearing, “Wow!) The cabin is an ornate expanse of exquisite furnishings. There’s the shine from the hand-laid tile backsplash in the kitchen. There’s the massive convection microwave. The Greek key design lining the cabin’s masterful maple woodwork. The sensuous bath with an Aqua Miser shower system. The queen-sized bed. The quality goes on and on—like light, illuminating everything within its reach.
Sleeping Under the Star
The night is always when the heavens shine. (Just ask Sister Jane on.) So too with the Super Star. The motor coach can sleep up to eight, but—as in all things—what sets it lightyears above other Class Cs is the quality. Not only are the bunks works of art; but they are also equipped with lights, USB outlets, optional TV monitors, and (best of all) windows. The Williamsburg Furniture dinette also converts into a sleeper, again with a lovely window view. The 74-inch hide-a-bed sofa adds yet another additional sleeping space. But nothing tops the retracting queen bed, flanked by Greek patterns, clever drawers, and natural light. But when the sun goes down, that’s when it truly shines.
A Constellation of Luxury Features
The inescapable impression of the Super Star is that every feature is part of a pattern of luxury. An enormous skylight arcs over the cockpit, a feature more like a fighter jet than a motorhome. (Yes, it comes with a power shade.) The Air Ride captain’s chairs provide pneumatic lumbar support, and the pilot has every system under his control: the Xite dash radio, the Omniview NS360 camera system, and the Harman/JBL 180 W sound system. Two 15M Penguin heat pump air conditioners moderate the temperature of the cabin. A mobile app connects you to the control elements. The cabinet drawers even close softly. The entire cabin conveys quality in every sense, from sight and sound to your very touch.
