Stay Limber and Relaxed on the Road

Sure, you can go out for a hike, bike ride, or kayak (with the right gear), but one of the best ways to relax after a long day on the road is with yoga. After all, it takes minimal (or even no) equipment. All you need is your body, a yoga mat, and perhaps a block or two. Yoga is a great way to destress and breathe life back into your tight muscles. It’s also a fantastic way to stretch out if you’re feeling hunched over and crunchy from bending over in tighter spaces. It may even help you drift off to sleep faster! Other benefits of yoga include improved balance and flexibility, decreased anxiety, improved digestion, better mood, increased circulation, and reduced cortisol levels, among others.
