INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups cubed bread (day-old works best)
- 1 cup cooked sausage (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp fresh sage, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat your RV oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread, sausage, cranberries, celery, onion, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beaten egg and broth, stirring until the bread is moistened.
- Grease a muffin tin. Then, spoon the stuffing mixture into each cup until about half full.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Slow Cooker Mulled Cider

INGREDIENTS:
- 1-gallon apple cider
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour the apple cider into a slow cooker.
- Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and orange slices.
- Set to low heat and let simmer for three to four hours, filling your RV with its festive aroma.
