This absolute winner of a park is located on the Atlantic coast in South Carolina. The area is well known for their wildlife, as birding is one of the most popular activities in this state park. This site, which has us singing "Go park it on the mountain" is located on the west side of Lookout Mountain in Georgia, very close to the Tennessee border. With a view of the mountains, and activities like hiking, pond fishing year round, geocaching, and fire rings, this site is the perfect for those wanting an outdoorsy adventure, without all the frills while still being in a safe and beautiful location.
